Physical Education InstructorMy name is Karen Jeffery and I am the Physical Education teacher for La Luz del Monte. This is my 27th year of teaching and I am always excited to teach not only the standards of PE but to incorporate new techniques and learning tools into the Physical Education classroom. The use of notebooks, DVD's, laptops and guest speakers as allowed me to provide my students with the ability to learn, create and apply their knowledge as it relates to sports and health.
