Main Lab InstructorThis is my 8th year of teaching. I began my teaching career in Ohio teaching middle school language arts for two years. I then spent a year in Texas teaching middle and high school language arts and drama before returning to Ohio for another year in second grade. I am now beginning my fourth year with the Southwest Learning Centers. Currently I am the main lab instructor for SILC and the Activities Director for the school. As such, I am fortunate to be able to sponsor student council, science fairs, the Open Mic Event, Poetry Out Loud, spelling bees, the Science Bowl teams, and the annual talent show. I also work with students from all three schools on special projects or small groups during the year.
