The Knowledge Master Open is a jeopardy-style competition where students answer academic questions as a team. Teams earn points for correct answers as well as extra points for how quickly they answer. Scores are sent to the national headquarters and teams are informed of their placement in the state and nation.

Southwest Learning Centers competes in the Middle School and High School Divisions.

Our next competition will be Wednesday, April 20, for high school and middle school teams. See Connie or the bulletin board for more details.

The high school team has placed 1st in the state the last four competitions. The team placed 9th in the nation for small schools. Our middle school team placed third in state in the Fall competition, and our 6th grade team competed for the first time in the Winter 6th grade event and placed 2nd in state.
